I head up Culture and HR at Equilibrium, and I love the variety my role brings. Culture is a team effort, every person in the business shapes it and has a part to play in making Equilibrium a great place to work.
I take the wellbeing of the team seriously and do my level best to ensure everyone feels they have a voice, that they matter as individuals, and that we’re intentional about supporting both personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, I love music, both listening and playing (badly), cooking, kitchen discos, and spending time with my family, although at 15 and 17 they’re not that bothered about me at the moment…
I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else and I’m extremely proud of the small part I play.
