Diana Majko

I have worked within a financial advisory firm since graduating with an MSc in Management and Finance in 2012. My main focus has been on attaining Chartered Financial Planning Status and, upon achieving this, I was ready to face a new challenge taking on a more client-facing role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is of great importance to me. I take great pleasure in assisting in the advice process and helping our clients to achieve their ambitions and goals.

Equilibrium’s exceptional reputation within the advisory community, as well as its strong emphasis on company ethos and employee wellbeing, are only a few reasons why I chose to work for the company. I also embraced the opportunity to work at a highly technical level within my team.

Since joining things that really stand out for me are the management transparency, the clear vision and focus on delivering a high level of service to clients. As well as the company’s desire to make Equilibrium a really great place to work for the long term.

As an individual, I am always motivated to move on to a new project, I’m not afraid to face new challenges of any kind. I am well known for my birthday cake baking and love going dancing as well as meeting new people.
