Winter Fuel Fund

Thank you very much for supporting our winter fuel campaign and helping us to make a positive difference to those most vulnerable this winter. We’re extremely grateful to have your support for this initiative.

We launched this campaign to enable you to easily donate your winter fuel payment to help those that need it most. The creation of the Equilibrium winter fuel fund means you can support the elderly and most vulnerable in our local area so that they aren’t having to make the impossible choice between heating or eating this winter.

How does GoCardless work? 

GoCardless allows you to authorise a donation of your winter fuel allowance to be automatically paid directly to us from your bank account each year. Money will never be taken from your account without prior consent from you. 

Is this secure? 

Absolutely. We will not receive nor store the details provided to GoCardless and the Direct Debit mandate is completely secure. GoCardless also operates under the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning that you are protected in three ways: 

1. You will be notified as each fee payment is collected. 

1. You would be entitled to a full and immediate refund of any payment that has been taken in error. 

1. You can cancel this Direct Debit mandate at any time by contacting your bank.
