We Launch Our Fantasy Investment League With Two Local Schools

Students from Alderley Edge School for Girls and The Queen’s School in Chester are out to tackle traders on the stock market. All students taking part will be aiming to buy low and sell high as they take part in our annual Fantasy Investment League.

Students from Alderley Edge School for Girls and The Queen’s School in Chester are out to tackle traders on the stock market. All students taking part will be aiming to buy low and sell high as they take part in our annual Fantasy Investment League.

With an investment pot of £300 each to spend on stocks and shares, the budding investors will be looking to put into practice the golden rules of investment after Mike Deverell gave them a crash course in city trading.

The most successful trader at the end of the four-month competition will win an Apple Watch and be awarded with an investment certificate. We have also pledged that any profits made through trades completed by students will be given to each school’s charitable foundations.
