The positivity continues for Equilibrium as last week one of the latest additions to the team, Courage Ruwanza, graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first class BA (Hons) Business Management and Finance Degree.

The positivity continues for Equilibrium as last week one of the latest additions to the team, Courage Ruwanza, graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first class BA (Hons) Business Management and Finance Degree.

In addition to Courage receiving his degree, his outstanding performance whilst at University was recognised and acknowledged as he was awarded an individual Dean award for being the top performing student within the personal finance planning unit.

Now that Courage has begun his career at Equilibrium he is very keen to continue his learning and self-development by undertaking the first of his diploma exams within the upcoming months. These exams are encouraged by Equilibrium as part of self-development, many of our paraplanners have achieved diploma or chartered status and Courage is eager to join them!
