The Team is Growing!

The Equilibrium team has grown again, with the addition of six new recruits.

We are pleased to announce the latest recruits at Equilibrium, Robert Daily and Simon Lister as client managers, Robert Douglas and Courage Ruwanza as trainee client managers, Laura Robinson as marketing and social media assistant and Jennifer Bessell as an addition to the receptionist team.

The recruits were taken on after exceeding our annual growth targets just eight months into the financial year. We now oversee more than £370 million worth of assets for over 580 clients.  

Robert Daily, qualified to Chartered Wealth Manager status, joins from Brewin Dolphin as a client manager along with Simon Lister who holds the Diploma in Financial Planning. Robert and Simon will be working closely with new clients and our financial advisers.

Trainee client manager, Robert Douglas, is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society, and joins with Courage Ruwanza. Both hold a BA (Hons) in business management and a finance degree.

Looking after the digital marketing for Equilibrium will be Laura Robinson who joins as a marketing and social media assistant. Jennifer Bessell will add to the receptionist team and joins from Mercedes Benz.

We’ve been going from strength to strength each year and our new members will play an important role as we continue to deliver award winning wealth management to our fast growing client base. With all of these new appointments we will soon need more office space, we’re running out of desks!”
