Team EQ Conquered Salford 10k

Team EQ tackled the Salford 10k and conquered!
The Decathlon City of Salford 10k took place on Sunday 6 September and I, along with Jamie, Vicky, Neal, Ben and Barney of the Equilibrium team took it upon ourselves to take part in the event in order to raise some money for The Equilibrium Foundation.
As we all arrived at Media City, Salford Quays the sun was out and shining for us along with the other 3,700 runners taking part – the atmosphere was amazing. The claxon sounded and we were off, following the route around Media City, Trafford Park and even through Old Trafford. Team EQ all finished in respectable times, however Jamie did particularly well finishing the race in just over 39 minutes.
