Success at the EN Entrepreneur of the Year Awards!

Colin Lawson, Managing Partner, was crowned ‘Financial & Professional Services Entrepreneur of the Year 2015’ at the EN North West Entrepreneur of the Year Awards last night.

Colin Lawson, Managing Partner, was crowned ‘Financial & Professional Services Entrepreneur of the Year 2015’ at the EN North West Entrepreneur of the Year Awards last night.

Colin founded Equilibrium 20 years ago from his back bedroom and has grown the firm to a £5 million turnover business with a team of more 50 financial planning experts. The judges commended Colin’s entrepreneurial approach to a process-driven industry. Under Colin’s guidance, we were one of the first wealth management companies to introduce a fee-only format for fee structure.

Now in their 14^th year, the EN North West Entrepreneur of the Year Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution which owner-managed businesses make to both the North West and UK’s economy. The award ceremony took place at The Mere in Knutsford on 21 October 2015.
