Aleesha Shah

I joined Equilibrium in March 2020 as a Client Manager as I wanted to be in an environment that supports their employees and pushes them to be the best version of themselves.

My role as a Team Leader is to ensure that my team feel supported in both their personal and professional development so that they can continue to provide a high level of service to all our clients. As a Client Manager, I am fortunate to be able to build long-lasting relationships with my clients and to help them achieve their goals throughout their lifetime. I am also the Charity Champions Team Leader, where we organise volunteer days throughout the year for members of the team to partake in to be able to give back and make a positive difference in the local community.

I feel extremely lucky to be working for a company like Equilibrium, where I get to work with some of the best client managers and financial planners in the industry, who all have a core focus on the client, where each day we get to live the purpose of ‘making people’s lives better’.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and learning about new cultures (and most importantly the food and wine!). I also love to spend time with my family and friends and taking my two Golden Retrievers on long walks.
