The new website, which is devoted to attracting candidates who are “passionate about being the best they can be”, has also been created to showcase Equilibrium’s award-winning culture.

With a fresh and colourful design, the website displays plenty of information about the company’s culture and current vacancies, as well as many insightful stories from Equilibrium’s happy campers,

Managing Partner Gaynor Rigby said the recruitment website and new training academies will support the company’s “Vivid Vision 2021” and its aim to boost headcount to a record high of 110 within two years.
