Equilibrium Asset Management has recruited seven new members of staff.
Nathan Cameron joins the Cheshire-based company as Head of Marketing from Eddisons along with Emma Sutton as Events Co-ordinator after leaving BMW.
Amanda Jackson has also joined as Technology Manager from Kellogg Company, while Lyndsey O’Hagan has joined from Venturi Group as Assistant to the Head of Culture.
James Bancroft, from Freedom Financial, and Sarah Eckersall, from Lloyds Bank, have been hired as Client Managers, plus Stephanie Rose joins as Executive Assistant from the Body Shop.
It comes after Equilibrium last month launched a dedicated recruitment website designed to attract, train and retain new talent as it pursues its ambitious targets.
Earlier this year, company founder Colin Lawson also revealed Equilibrium’s ‘Vivid Vision 2021’, created to illustrate how the business will grow into its next chapter while continuing to help clients achieve financial confidence.
Colin said: “Equilibrium currently manages over £850 million of assets for over 1,000 families. By 2021 we are aiming to be the largest and most trusted independently owned wealth management firm in Cheshire – with £1.4bn in assets and a headcount of 110.
“Having so much new talent joining the company is fantastic.
“We feel that, with a unique company culture, we are in a great position to continue to help clients gain financial freedom and the confidence to make better decisions so they can create a bigger, better future.”
