Sarah Hammond

I joined Equilibrium in April 2020, following a role in risk management at a Cheshire based IFA firm for 13 years. I wanted to work with Equilibrium because of its reputation, client-centric proposition and fantastic culture.

My role is to ensure that we adopt “best practice” as standard whilst minimising risks, both in the advice we give and in the broader sense across the business. I believe that pragmatism is key to good decision making and that collaborative teamwork is vital to ensure the highest standards can be achieved and maintained.

Outside of work, I enjoy my fitness classes, films, city breaks (Barcelona & New York being my favourites so far) and being Auntie Sarah to my nephews and niece.
