Equilibrium has donated £7,100 to the Enthusiasm Trust, one of five charities chosen to receive a share of £21,000 raised to commemorate the firm’s 21st anniversary.
The team has worked closely with the Enthusiasm Trust since 2015, a charity which provides a social outreach to disadvantaged youths across Derby and Manchester.
In addition to the fundraising, Equilibrium also donated 15 computers to the Trust.
Colin Lawson, founder and partner at Equilibrium said:
The Enthusiasm Trust is a passionate charity that provides young people with support and guidance, giving them the confidence to strive towards their own personal goals in life.
We are delighted to support the Trust as we know the work it does for young people has real far-reaching benefits in the community.
We’ve always strongly believed that, given the fortunate position we find ourselves in, it’s important for us to give something back. The Enthusiasm Trust provides a vital service to local communities and we hope that with the help of organisations such as ourselves, its great work can continue long into the future.
Other charities which received donations as part of Equilibrium’s year of fundraising are: Francis House Children’s Hospice, The Christie Charitable Fund, Alzheimer’s Society and St Kentigern Hospice.
